Mio Hotel Firenze - Florence

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially andrea at the reception who helped me when i fell. The breakfast was yummy and the coffee was great, definitely a plus to start the day. I loved how close the tram stop was, made getting around florence easy. The second room i got was comfy and clean, such a nice improvement! Enjoyed that it didn't feel too noisy later in my stay.

The staff were lovely, and the private parking was available. The room was perfect and relaxing with a bidet, shower caps, and bath sheets in the shared bathroom. The continental breakfast had variety of options for all tastes.

Very tasty breakfast with plenty of local foods. A nice size and well-appointed room with comfortable beds, central heating, a work desk, and a TV set...

The breakfast was good, with a generous selection and a fun coffee machine. The friendly staff provided excellent assistance.

The noise levels were disruptive, particularly due to thin walls. The tram stop's distance was inconvenient after long days exploring the city, especially at night.

A lot of tasty items for continental breakfast. Panoramic views of the distant mountains from well-appointed rooms. Quiet and exceptionally nice location - 15 minutes walk from bus station.

Good value for money hotel, the bathroom is new and clean, the breakfast is fair but the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at the end of bus 22, there is no much to do around without going to the city, which is a 15 minutes trip for around 1,20 euro, but the bus comes regularly and is close by so that is not much of an issue. I was provided with a baby cot and restaurant staff nicely prepared milk for the baby. The room was big, clean, with air conditioning and a nic3e bathroom.

Friendly, helpful staff. Reception staff spoke good english. Free maps of the city & tours & local bus info available at reception. Private secure car park underneath the hotel but it was an extra cost.

Had to pay for the wi fi Internet service & then it was very slow & would stop & start. If you are paying for it then it should be fast. You could also hear the people in the room next door.

The air conditioning was crucial for summer comfort, and I loved the lovely muesli at breakfast!

Location to airpoet

The service was fantastic, helped us get to where we needed to go and helped with other random questions we had. The breakfast was very good for a continental and the coffee machine was lovely. Take the bus and save a ton on a taxi.

Breakfast area was a bit warm in the summer, but the whole country seemed to have an aversion to A.C.

Easy access to the city

Spent 2 nights as a couple in an economy double room. The tram was super close, so getting downtown was easy! Breakfast was a nice surprise, plenty of options! Just a bit noisy at times, but overall, it was good value for the price.

The friendliness of its personal and its cleanness and calm.Though it was not located near the city center the bus was easily accessed. The breakfast was also excellent.

I would rather to use the internet for free.
